Downtown Pittsburgh Dogs is owned by Kevin Schriver, a dog lover, successful business owner, and community mentor. Kevin Schriver was born and raised in the booming city of Pittsburgh. As a native Pittsburgher, he has lived in many regions of the city and currently resides in the South Hills. Kevin’s family consists of his lovely wife Lisa, daughter Elaina & three dogs; Chase - German Shorthaired Pointer, Bentley - German Shepherd/Malinois, and Copper - Bloodhound.

His love for the city is evident in his passion for teaching families how to thrive with their pets in the urban setting. Kevin has over 10 years of pet services experience. He started Downtown Pittsburgh Dogs in 2012 after recognizing that there was a lack of reliable and attentive pet care options in the downtown area and surrounding neighborhoods. Animals are very important members of our families and pets deserve experienced care. With no hidden fees and premium services included, Downtown Pittsburgh Dogs took off with burgeoning success. Kevin hires employees, rather than contracted strangers to create customized care solutions for pet owners. During every dog walk, cat check-in, and overnight boarding booking, he ensures a safe and positive experience for both the pet and owner.

We offer daily dog walking from clients’ homes, cat check-ins from clients’ homes, and overnight sitting.

Shifts available for full and part-time applicants:

Sunday through Saturday 8a-4p &

Sunday through Saturday 4p-9p

Full-Time: 5 Shifts Per Working Week

Part-Time: 3 Shifts Per Working Week

Overnight Sitters: Weekday, Weekend & Holidays
